Management of rental properties
We can take care of all aspects of the management of your property when renting out on a short term basis. We will look after the cleaning, laundry and linen,
handover of the property between clients and arrange for a 'meet & greet' for clients at the airport if necessary.

Routine or monthly maintenance depending on your requirements and needs:.We take the worry out of home ownership and ensure that the bill s have been paid your property, gardens and pool are constantly cared for, ready for your arrival and the arrival of your guests. All work in this area is covered by our experienced workforce of Plumbers, electricians, builders, joiners, gardeners and decorators. No job is too small or too big from repairing a broken window to major household repairs. Contracts for for regular work such as garden maintenance and swimming pool care are also provided for. Regular inspections can be arranged to make sure that every thing is functioning correctly and that the value of your investment has been protected.

We will organise and supervise garden maintenance contracts, or ensure that existing contractors or employees fulfil their roles adequately. This applies equally to the maintenance of the pool, its equipment and the quality of the water. We can ensure that your summing pool is ready for use as soon as you arrive. Keeping your pool in a good state whilst you are away by checking on the pump, filter, heating, ph levels and so on. During the winter months, we can put your pool and equipment into a mode that is more suitable for this period.
Letter box collection
When you are away we can empty the letter box, and help you deal with any administrative or practical problems that arrive by the post. We can forward all or some mail to a destination of your choice.

We can also advise you on reliable local suppliers or supervise the activities of local suppliers you hired to work for you during your absence.

Knowing that someone keeps an eye on things during your absence increases the pleasure of owning a far away holiday home considerably. Our regular inspections are thorough and extensive, inside as well as outdoors. We check on your equipment and installations are functioning correctly, air the house and empty the mailbox. We can arrange for important mail to be forwarded to your home address. We can send you an e-mail report directly after our inspection, so you'll be well informed about the state of your property. And off course we take the necessary action whenever we find matters that need attending to.
